- Anyone billing after July 1 will have their claims denied.
-
Agencies Claiming accounts
- It is important that all legacy QSP agencies claim their account as soon as possible to avoid being sanctioned.
-
Address/Email address
- Make sure to keep your mailing address updated. This should be done in the web portal. This is the address your 1099 will be mailed to.
- Email addresses should remain updated at all times. This is how you will receive all notifications moving forward. If you are an agency, you must make sure the main contact information remains up to date. If staff are no longer employed, you must make sure their information is removed and replaced with contact information that can be retrieved by others.
-
Effective January 1, 2027 reminders
- NPIs will begin to be required for all QSPs.
- Individual enrollment and affiliation will be required for employees of QSP agencies.
- Revalidation cycle will change from every five years to every three years.
- Training and educational materials will be available before implementation to help providers understand the new requirements and complete enrollment and revalidation successfully.
-
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Moratorium
- North Dakota Medicaid is sharing information about the state's upcoming 24-month provider revalidation strategy, developed in response to a request from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
