Therap

Therap is the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) that you will use for clocking in and out, scheduling, and billing. This is only used by Qualified Service Provider (QSP) agencies and Individual QSPs. Below are links to training and step-by-step instructions on how to use Therap as your EVV.

  • Therap Kick Off Call
    Duration: 55 minutes
    Therap and the QSP Hub team provide an overview of the upcoming changes for Family Home Care (FHC) or Family Personal Care (FPC) providers. Therap walks through what to expect as you consider switching from billing your claims in the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) to Therap and the QSP Hub provides a timeline and action steps you can take now.
  • Individual Service Provider (ISP) Training in Therap
    Duration: 49 minutes
    Individual Service Provider (ISP) is a data collection tool within Therap that allows QSPs to directly document within the Therap mobile app.
  • T1020 Therap Training
    Duration: 26 minutes
    This training session walks providers through using the attendance feature that is a requirement effective March 1, 2024.
  • Understanding Service Authorizations
    Duration: 17 minutes
    This video explains what a service authorization is and why it is so important.
