Strengths and Opportunities for Improvement Survey

The North Dakota Health and Human Services is asking key stakeholders, like you, to complete a web survey and participate in discovery sessions to provide your perspective to inform our understanding of both the current workforce training structure, along with the needs and desires for the future.

The web survey must be completed by the end of the day on Friday, October 20.
The survey takes about 10-12 minutes to complete.
