Tax Season
- As tax season approaches, please be aware that 1099-MISC forms will be mailed to your address on file by January 31, 2026. We encourage you to monitor your mailbox and keep the form with your records to ensure a smooth and timely filing process.

Changes to FHC/FPC
- Adult and Aging Services are making changes to FHC/FPC billing Starting July 1, 2026, FHC/FPC providers will have the option to move to their billing to Therap. Therap offers many benefits including service documentation, claims submission, and managing billing all in one place.

Need to know details
- The MMIS portal will NO longer be used for billing.

Providers will only have two ways to submit claims.
- Paper billing (SFN1730)
- Billing through Therap
- Therap is optional. More details and training to come.

Service Code changes are coming July 1, 2026
- Nothing needs to be done right now, but creating awareness for the upcoming changes.
