- Therap 10, is offered every Wednesday at 11:00 am
- Quality Improvement Standards meeting (Agency only) is December 16
- Getting Started as a New QSP, first Thursday of the month

- Claiming accounts
  - Individuals – still many who need to claim their account
  - Agency – email coming soon, so keep an eye out
    - Training is completed and will be available on the QSP Hub and HHS websites
  - A reminder was provided that if you do not claim your account, you will not be able to receive updates.
Ways the QSP Hub can help you
- Share about how we can help and then reminders for who to contact in areas we cannot. (Ex: billing, claims, electronic visit verification (EVV))
- The QSP Information Packet in the web portal and where to find it.
