QSP Quality and Compliance Workshop

A free workshop for Quality Service Providers (QSPs) that's focused on program integrity, audits, documentation, and more. Hosted by Adult and Aging Services Section with attendance from the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, the Medical Services Division, and QSP Hub. These workshops will be hosted in Fargo and Bismarck, and there is a virtual option too.

Objectives

  • Understand program rules and audits
  • Learn about creating a quality program
  • Hear about future enhancements to the QSP Enrollment Portal and Connect to Care
  • Learn about features and other tools in Therap to help with compliance
